Use the 'Send Error Report' feature built-in with the IDrive Classic interface to report application related issues. To use the feature, right-click the tray icon and click 'Send Error Report'. In case the tray icon is not available, go to
Start > Programs > ZoneAlarm > ZoneAlarm Tray.
